Okay, so you'll probably have to click on the image and look at the graphic at the source, but it's bad, really bad. It's no wonder the nation is in decline (and dont let anyone tell you it's not); it's not just our citizens that are bankrupt.

I think it's more about fear of introducing something new and untested. There's a saying that people don't really want "new" as much as they want "25% new" or something like that.
