The artist, Joey Waldon, was/is an Austin comedian, who did these comics in the Austin Chronicle and had/has t-shirts available. Where he is now, Google couldnt tell me.

great toon, could not find a thing on him either.
I've got a small collection of his stuff cut from the paper years ago, I'll post a few more when I need some filler. The t-shirts were great, but unfortunately I only bought one at the time.
