That's a good one. I heard one today. "Pacifists aren't cowards. I'm willing to die for my beliefs. I'm just not willing to kill for them." Don't know who said it, though.
I should have added, "enabled boneheads cause them".
I dont consider myself a pacifist. I consider myself a non-aggressor. Violence should be avoided (it's a tremendous waste of time and energy), but every once in a while you encounter people who understand nothing else. These people should be beaten severely as soon as they try to be aggressive with you (feel free to get friends to help). It sounds harsh, but that group is really a fairly small one, and in the end it'll save everybody a lot of trouble.
