How long does one need to live away from a state in which they grew up before they can say they aren't from there anymore? Please say 12 years is enough.
Technically, neither of us is from there. However, as long as you carry the guilt, you're from there anyway. I just hope all this is embarrassing Mom, since she votes for the party of those bozos.
