another question for conservatives

I'm trying, off the top of my head, to think of a place in the world where there is little to no "Big Government" that is still a good place to live, but I cant seem to come up with any. Europe doesnt qualify, being all socialisty and stuff. Mexico? Somalia? Russia? Seriously, can anyone give me one place where less government makes life better?
