WOW, that last question is a toughie. Really wish there had been an all of the above there, but I had to go with O'Reilly, Coultor and Limbaugh. Not as high on the totem pole, but the carriers of the disease to be sure.
Yeah, all of them were strong candidates, but I figured the "pundits" to be the worst, since they are effectively the cheerleaders, and without them the ones in power may not have stayed in power.
