photoman

Okay, so here's some very nice photos by Jeff Bridges that he took on the set of "Ironman". Photo Geek that I am, my great concern was what kind of camera was he using (a very wide angle, possibly panoramic, like a Sietz 6x17)? I'd love to have one of those, but dont have the wherewithal of Bridges. On the other hand, nobody yells Big Lebowski quotes at me either.

Stragnely enough, I just ran across a Sietz 6x17 while paging a catalog this morning.

Not that it means anything, just thoght you should know.

They still do that? Actually, that doesnt surprise me. I'd shoot on film if I had a darkroom available. Digital's nice, but it's no where near film quality yet (or, isnt for the price an ordinary person can afford - and really, if you get into the high end optical stuff, like Hasselblad, not even then).

The deleted comment was mine, by the way, if anyone was wondering.
